Competent technical support was available, but far too expensive for individuals or small businesses -- so I designed a no-nonsense national tech-support hotline, using the latest internet technology to connect experienced engineers directly to customers -- and in 2006, MS Assist was born."

Hours of Operation
Our support engineers set their own schedules, and someone may be on duty* at any time -- night or day, weekdays, weekends, or holidays...
but there will always be someone on duty during our official business hours: Mon-Fri 9am-8:30pm / Sun 10am-5pm / by appointment 6am-11pm (7 days a week) CST
* If all on-duty engineers are assisting other customers, your call will be placed on hold. After 5 minutes, if there is still nobody available, you'll be asked to leave a message. We'll call you back as soon as possible!
